A traditional delicacy that has deep roots in Asia Minor and which is made the same way now as it was in days gone by. The preparation process is time consuming as we use traditional methods. The meat is cured in special curing rooms. It is covered with tsemeni, a traditional mixture of fenugreek flour, garlic, red pepper and cumin that help preserve it and give it its characteristic aroma and intense taste. Cut into thin slices, its unique taste can be enjoyed to the full. Shelf life 120 days. Ready to eat. Available uncut approx. 1.5 kg. and sliced in 100 gr. packs
