Entire leg of pork with the skin and without the bone prepared and then slow cooked before being smoked with beech wood and aromatic herbs. Serve sliced thinly or in cubes as a snack and accompanied by wine, beer or ouzo. Ready to eat. Shelf life 90 days. Store in refrigerator at 0-4 C. Available uncut in approx. 4 kg vacuum packs.
