These sausages are made following the original recipe that we inherited from our forbearers. Made with pork meat. We add spicy dried pepper flakes which add to the taste, giving the sausages a spicy flavour. Cook before eating. Shelf life 90 days. Store in refrigerator at 0-4 C Available in 3 kilo, 2 kilo, 380 gr vacuum pack.
