Description
Entire leg of pork with the skin and without the bone prepared and then slowly roasted and smoked with beech wood and herbs. Rosemary leaves are added to give its unique taste. Serve sliced thinly or in cubes as a snack and accompanied by wine, beer or ouzo. Ready to eat. Shelf life 90 days. Store in refrigerator at 0-4 C. Available in entire cuts in approx. 4kg vacuum pack.
