A traditional cold meat from the Peloponnese. Whole pieces of pork are pickled, smoked and boiled with red wine and orange peels. These is then cut into slices and preserved in olive oil and herbs. This delicious Greek product is a classic, traditional snack to accompany wine. Can be eaten cold. Ready to eat. Keep refrigerated at 0-4C. Shelf life 90 days. Available in. 200 – 300 gr pack.
